????On April 11th 2017, in Llavallol to the south of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, Yang Haijun (the 2nd on the left), the electric commissioning engineer of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. in Argentina, was checking trains with his Chinese and Argentina colleagues.
