????Leading with the international city strategy, Qingdao airport actively joins into the international service system. The airport aims at international leading airports including Singapore Changi, South Korea Inchon, and Japan Narita airports and introduced the most authoritative ACI service quality survey assessment system in the world, and the cob service procedure was based on it to implement Fine Service to achieve internationalized and meticulous service quality.
