currently seeking an experienced Business
Controller 財務(wù)總監(jiān) f or a new Joint Venture to be
established soon in Qingdao, China.
Responsibility This key position will report
to the General Manager of theJV. Responsibilities
include The new JV company will require
implementation of financial control systems and
procedures in conformance with our Group foreign
company practice and proceduresResponsibility for
the correctness of all financial and management
reportsFollow up and analysis of product costing
as well as functional and all other relevant
costsOrganization of the credit control function
and supervision of all credit and collection
activitiesAnalysis of business trends and
interpretation of the JV＇s financial results plus
development of relevant measurements and feedback
mechanisms to support business planning and
growthEstablishment and implementation of
internal control procedures－also in JV branch
officesCoordination of internal and external
auditing requirementsPrepare and present
financial results at various management and board
meetingsWork in close cooperation with
Accounting, Financial Reporting and Information
System services provided by our Group＇s internal
service provider To be proactive, with a core
business and customer focus, making sure that red
flags are highlighted and that action plans are
put in place Requirements University degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
Administration At least5years experience working
in finance and ／or a business control
capacityAbove average computer literacy,
including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and ERP
Scala will be a plus A strong concern for
quality accuracy and orderly workAbove average
interpersonal skillsExperience working in
conjunction with a foreign company is a
plusFluent in Mandarin＆English spoken as well as
written Strong analytical skills, leadership
abilities, good attention to detail, team
oriented, ability to work well under pressure with
a positive, proactive and customer－oriented
